Where is my order?

We get it, you want to receive your products as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package via our Parcel Pannel.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

At Mi'VORA, we bring your orders to your home with care and attention to sustainability. It usually takes 5 to 11 days before you can receive your package—this varies by product and supplier.

Instead of keeping large stocks and shipping directly from stock, we only produce after you have placed your order. This way we minimize overproduction, save raw materials and prevent unnecessary returns. In addition, we combine deliveries where possible, which reduces transport kilometers and CO₂ emissions.

With this method, we not only guarantee that each item is made especially for you, but we also contribute to a better world. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to surprising you with a unique Mi'VORA product soon. As soon as your package is on its way, you will immediately receive a track & trace code to follow its journey.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

How can I unsubscribe from your marketing emails?

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Mi'VORA, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of each email.

Can I return my purchase within 14 days?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt . It is important that you register the return with us within this period . After registering the return, you then have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Return policy

In order to process your return correctly, please take the following conditions into account:

- The product must be unused, undamaged and complete .
- The product must be in its original packaging , including any accessories, manuals, or free products included.
- The product must not show any signs of use beyond trying it on or assessing the item.
- Items that are hygienic in nature (such as personal care products) can only be returned unopened and sealed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above conditions, or can only partially refund them.
